Liz takes a pleasure-based, liberation, and biopsychosocial-environmental approach with extensive experience in program administration, sex education, supervision, sex therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, written exposure therapy, chronic pain management, and cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, depression, and anxiety.
